Privacy Policy
Effective Date: Jan 01, 2021
Last Updated: October 22, 2025
1. Introduction
Traffic 360 LLC (“Traffic 360,” “we,” “us,” or “our”) provides a customer relationship management (CRM) platform that helps automotive dealerships manage and respond to leads from various sources, including Meta (Facebook and Instagram).
This Privacy Policy explains how we handle, use, and protect personal information that is transmitted to us through Meta Lead Ads or other integrated lead sources on behalf of our dealership clients.
2. Our Role
Traffic 360 acts as a data processor (service provider) on behalf of our dealership clients, who are the data controllers.
We process and store lead information only for the purpose of delivering, displaying, and managing that data within our CRM system for the dealership that owns the lead.
We do not sell, share, or use customer lead data for our own marketing or any unrelated purpose.
3. Information We Receive
When a consumer submits a lead form on a dealership’s Facebook or Instagram page, the following information may be collected and transmitted securely to the dealership’s CRM via Traffic 360:
- Name, email address, and phone number
- Vehicle interests or selections
- Comments or questions entered in the form
- Advertising campaign identifiers or timestamps
We may also collect limited dealership account information (business contact name, email, dealership name, and store ID) for account setup and authentication.
4. How We Use Information
We use lead data only to:
- Deliver the lead to the correct dealership account within the Traffic 360 CRM,
- Enable authorized dealership employees to respond to customer inquiries,
- Support follow-up communication via the dealership’s chosen tools (such as Twilio SMS or email),
- Provide secure storage and logging of communication history for dealership operations,
- Comply with legal or regulatory obligations if required.
We do not use lead data to advertise, resell, or contact customers on our own behalf.
5. Data Sharing
Traffic 360 shares lead data only with:
- The specific dealership or dealer group that owns the Facebook or Instagram page receiving the lead;
- Third-party processors used by the dealership for communication or workflow purposes (for example, SMS delivery via Twilio, or integration with a dealership’s DMS once the consumer begins a purchase process).
All such data transfers occur under secure, access-controlled conditions.
Traffic 360 does not share lead data with unaffiliated third parties.
6. Data Retention
Lead information is retained only as long as necessary for the dealership’s legitimate business use and compliance requirements.
Dealership administrators may delete or anonymize lead records within the CRM at any time.
7. Data Security
Traffic 360 uses industry-standard security measures to protect stored and transmitted data, including encrypted HTTPS communication, database access control, and restricted authentication for dealership staff and system administrators.
8. Consumer Data Requests (Access, Correction, or Deletion)
If you have submitted a lead through a Meta (Facebook or Instagram) form and wish to access, correct, or delete your information, please contact the dealership directly.
Traffic 360 processes data only on behalf of that dealership and cannot modify dealership records without authorization.
Alternatively, you may submit a data deletion request directly to us at support@traffic360crm.com, and we will coordinate with the dealership to complete the deletion as required.
9. Meta Lead Ads Data Deletion Request
In compliance with Meta’s Platform Policy, users who interact with a Meta lead form connected to Traffic 360 may request deletion of their data by emailing support@traffic360crm.com with the subject line “Meta Lead Data Deletion Request.”
Your request should include:
- Your full name,
- The email address and/or phone number used in the lead form,
- The dealership name (if known),
- The date you submitted the lead.
Upon verification, Traffic 360 will delete the data from our systems and confirm completion.
10. Children’s Privacy
Traffic 360 does not knowingly collect or process personal data from anyone under 16 years of age.
11. Updates to This Policy
We may update this Privacy Policy periodically to reflect changes in our technology, practices, or legal obligations. Updates will be posted at https://Traffic360CRM.com/privacy with the effective date revised accordingly.
