Who should use this page?

If you submitted a lead form on a dealership’s Facebook or Instagram page (Meta Lead Ads) and want us to delete that lead data from the Traffic 360 CRM systems, follow the steps below.

What we delete

We will remove Meta lead data that was transmitted to Traffic 360 for the relevant dealership, such as:

• Name, email address, phone number
• Vehicle selections or interests
• Form comments or questions
• Meta lead identifiers and timestamps

Note: If you later provided additional information directly to the dealership (e.g., in-store paperwork or DMS records), the dealership may retain those records independently. We’ll coordinate with the dealership for your request where applicable.

How to request deletion

1. Email us:
   
   support@traffic360crm.com
   
   with the subject Meta Lead Data Deletion Request and include:

    

   • Your full name
   • The email address and/or phone number used in the lead form
   • The dealership name (if known)
   • Approximate date the lead was submitted
2. Verification: We may request additional details to verify your identity and locate the correct record.
3. Processing: After verification, we will delete the data from Traffic 360 systems and coordinate with the dealership as needed. We will email you a confirmation when complete.

Typical response time: we acknowledge requests within 7 days and complete verified deletions promptly, generally within 30 days unless a different period is required by law.

Dealership administrators

If you are a dealership admin and need to fulfill a customer deletion request, you may remove the record directly in Traffic 360 and/or email support@traffic360crm.com with the lead details for audit confirmation.
